Furthermore, proper training and development programs will help the employees to improve the performance along with the trade officials. The HR managers of the organizations need to understand the different activities disciplinary in nature in order to improve performance of the entire marketing department. The motivational theories that include Maslows hierarchy theory and Herzbergs two factor theory that will focus on the different needs of the individuals in the organization (Sikora Ferris, 2014). Maslows hierarchy theory can be implemented by HR managers in the organization as this will help in analysing the progress of performance of the employees and guide them the techniques to improve the performance (Bratton Gold, 2017). Similarly, the transformational leadership approach can be implemented by the leaders in the organization as this will help the organization and the employees to perform well and effectively. The change management practices can be implemented by HR department can develop necessary skills of leadership that will focus on implementation of different terms and conditions for employees (Brewster, Mayrhofer Morley, 2016). The Human Resource department needs to provide proper training to the marketing professionals of the respective department that will help the employees in focusing on the different needs of the consumers that will help them in increasing their sales and revenues in the entire competitive market (Ramirez et al., 2016).
